It?s fast and cheap as some of the girls that came in college, but that?s another story! Many people think that Chile is fattening because of carbohydrate associated with it in the form of beans. I?ll be the first to say that no one has gained weight by eating beans, unless you bury them in the grease and fat. Period! Chile, if done correctly if it comes to beef, chicken, pork or even be a shot low fat, high in protein that tastes great! The secret is to get the desired flavor of the ingredients and not fat! Believe me, it is difficult to do. Here?s a low-fat, high protein chili with all the benefits of helping one to lose weight and stay healthy and not have any fat that may be associated with the day to day chile. This recipe serve chili 6 + / ? people. In this recipe I use beef, but you can substitute any meat protein you want. Chicken, turkey, pork or tofu if you want to make this chile vegetarian style. There are also products that are textured tofu, tofu and sausage is really excellent for chili recipes. So here we go with the ingredients
The ingredients needed are :.
1. 1 1/2-2Lbs lean ground beef. That should be 10% or less, if you can get.
2. 4 heads of garlic finely chopped.
3 tablespoons California or New Mexico powder pinch of cayenne if you want extra heat. The impulse thermogenic and metabolism of it is good too!
tablespoon cumin.
1 teaspoon paprika.
1 large can of roasted tomatoes fire up into cubes. These boats are 26 to 28 oz.
2 15 oz can of some kind of red kidney beans or red beans Louisiana. pinto beans will do in a pinch though.
1 large onion, chopped fine. Or a brown or red onion, the choice is yours.
1 1 / 2 cup or more to taste chopped canned chili. The variety Hatch chili is the best in my opinion.
3 to 4 tablespoons of tomato paste.
1 or 2 dashes worcestshire sauce.

1. Get your hands on a large pan of any nonstick, stainless steel or my favorite cast iron skillet and take your ground beef, very lean and brown up. When meat is browned and burned, is not the time to drain excess fat from pan. I usually put the meat in a bowl and then take another pan and place on top of the dish with the meat and press down and the top side on the sink and squeeze everything out excess fat from meat. I let the little fat is still in the pan and if there is too much to drain it until only one spot.
2. Now is the time for you to put the meat back into pan and place the garlic, chile powder, cumin and which are mixed at medium-low heat. When the total ingredients in the pan is hot simmer and as can be deduced from the bubbles on the sides of the pan will be time for you and add our tomatoes, onions, peppers, beans and tomatoes and stir together the recipes and let mix. It?s good to let the mixture cook for 2 to 4 hours over low heat and should be checked occasionally with a spoon to see if they want to add something to this recipe. Note: If you feel that this recipe chile comes out very weak and want to keep their status low in calories, then it can be thickened by adding 4 tablespoons of arrow root 3 to 4 tablespoons of water.
